Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Penguatan SDM Program Sekolah Penggerak di Sekolah Menengah Pertama dengan Model CIPPO

This study aims to evaluate: context, input, process, product, and outcome in the implementation of strengthening human resources Program Sekolah Penggerak at SMPN 1 Bringin. type research is descriptive evaluative find out description a phenomenon or its relationship with other phenomena. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation documentation studies. validation triangulation. analysis includes data reduction, presentation, verification. The results this indicate: (1) Context. Teachers’ competencies low, students character not appropriate, school's cultural climate less solid, program improvements are needed; (2) Inputs. PSP Merdeka curriculum answer regarding model that line development world education where readiness stakeholders well coordinated, (3) Process. Starting preparation, facilitation implementation, mentoring, evaluation reflection on all activities. (4) Products. Teachers increasingly mastering digital devices, schools equipping digital-based infrastructure support learning activities, co-curricular, intra-curricular extra-curricular activities going well, end project "Pagelaran" held form art performances student product exhibitions, internal condition has built culture good school. (5) outcome, shows performance educators staff have increased teachers able complete tasks full responsibility, use new paradigms differentiation.
